If your console stops working, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Power cycle the console: Turn off the console completely and disconnect all cables for 30 seconds, then reconnect and restart.
- Check the gamepad: If the gamepad isn't responding, the batteries may be depleted. Simply replace them with fresh batteries, and the gamepad should function normally again.
