Hardware Warranty

Hardware repairs, including issues with the physical console or accessories, are not provided yet because this is an imported product. 

 

Software Support

We offer dedicated 3 months software support via email for all game consoles purchased through our website. For troubleshooting software or game-related issues, please contact our support team by email/WhatsApp. The software support is limited to bugs, errors in the software and gameplay. This does not cover issues that occur due to damage to hardware, like corruption of memory card or physical damage to the device which may make games unplayable. 

 

We strongly recommend customers to regularly backup their memory card to safeguard game progress and data. If your memory card is corrupted, you can order a fully-loaded replacement SD card containing all games by reaching out to us via email.
