Product Support Policy

All products sold on Funkisto are imported and do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. Hardware repairs are not available for any product category.

Software Support for Game Consoles

We provide 3 months of dedicated software support via email and WhatsApp for all game consoles (R36S, Extreme Mini HD Gamebox, and similar devices) purchased through our website.

What's Covered:

- Software bugs and errors
- Game-related issues and troubleshooting
- Gameplay assistance

What's Not Covered:

- Hardware damage (physical drops, water damage, accidental force)
- Memory card corruption due to hardware failure
- Device malfunctions from physical damage
- Issues caused by corrupted or damaged hardware components

Memory Card Backup & Replacement

We strongly recommend backing up your memory card regularly to protect your game progress and data. If your card becomes corrupted, you can order a fully-loaded replacement SD card with all games pre-installed by contacting us via email.

Neon LED Lights

LED lights do not include hardware or software support. Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery and report any defects within our 5-day return window.
