Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day return/exchange window from delivery. Returns and exchanges are approved only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items. For warranty claims and repairs, visit our product support page.
Eligibility Requirements
Your item must remain unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Email us at support@funkisto.com with:
- Unboxing video showing outer and inner packaging removal
- Clear footage of any defect or damage
- Photos of the product from all angles
- Photos of all box contents
For game consoles specifically, your video must also show:
- Removal of protective tape from all four sides
- Complete view of all device sides
- Device powering on and opening multiple games
Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Your Request May Be Declined If:
- Box contents have been used or damaged by drops, force, or water
- Product condition is no longer merchantable (except transit/manufacturing damage)
- Product was previously sent for repairs
- Issue is software-related (covered under product support, not returns)
- Product shows physical damage, drops, or water exposure
- Warehouse inspection reveals ineligibility
In declined cases, the product will be shipped back to you without a refund or exchange.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Record an unboxing video when receiving your parcel. Contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item. We cannot accept returns for customer-caused damage after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom orders, personalized items, beauty products, or hazardous materials.
Exchanges
Return your current item first. Once approved, place a new order separately. Replacement delivery takes 4-7 business days after approval. Rejected exchanges return to you within 4-7 days.
Refunds
You'll receive notification once we inspect your return. Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 3 business days. Bank processing may require additional time.
